3–7 business days (Ministry of Agriculture)

1.2 Phytosanitary Certificate

1 business day after permit approva

1.3 Packing Time

  • <100 plants → <1 day
  • 100 plants →  2-3 days

Total: 4–10 business days before shipment

2. Shipping Methods

2.1 Standard International Shipping (Small Orders)

  • DHL Express

  • EMS

  • Postal Service

Suitable for 1–50 plants

2.2 Premium Secure Shipping (High-Value Plants)

For plants priced above USD 300:

  • Additional protection and handling

  • Cost: USD 20

2.3 Cargo Shipping (Bulk / Wholesale)

For large orders:

  • Air Cargo / Freight

  • May require additional documents depending on the destination country

2.4 Thailand Pickup & Consolidation

We offer Thailand-based logistics support for international wholesalers:

  • Ship to your Thailand agent

  • Or deliver directly to Thailand
    All delivery and logistics fees are paid by the customer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

(Varies by country, customs, and courier conditions.)

  • DHL: 3–7 days

  • EMS: 7–14 days

  • Postal: 10–21 days

  • Cargo: 3–10 days

4. Customs & Import Duty

  • Import regulations vary by country.

  • All customs taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays or confiscation by customs.

5. Live Arrival Guarantee

To qualify:

  1. Continuous unboxing video required

  2. Report within 24 hours of delivery

  3. Provide clear photos/videos

Not covered:

  • Minor cosmetic damage

  • Yellowing due to stress

  • Damage from weather

  • Delays caused by customs or courier
